EFT-Cognitive Training trains the ability to remain relaxed, coherent, and effective while discomfort, boredom, anxiety, or pressure are present.

Here are the six fundamental exercises we use. Each is easy to learn, difficult to master, and eventually, profound in terms of experimental result.

Relax

Relax trains the ability to voluntarily release unnecessary physical and mental tension while remaining alert and engaged. It establishes an unbraced baseline so you can detect rising psychic load early and keep executing without adding resistance.

Watch the Clock

Watch the Clock (WTC) trains sustained attention and intention continuity under boredom and pressure. You keep your eyes on a countdown timer and count every second out loud without misses or renegotiation, treating impulses to stop or optimize as load to carry.

Narrate

Narrate trains real-time descriptive accuracy under cognitive load. You describe present-moment internal experience out loud as it changes—perceptions, sensations, emotions, urges, attention shifts—using description only and refusing explanation, story, or meaning-making.

Singpassana

Singpassana trains expressive engagement without collapse into self-monitoring. You lip-sync (and later optionally add minimal vocalization) in precise synchrony with a recorded vocalist while staying relaxed and externally anchored to the recording rather than evaluating yourself.

FUCK YEAH!

FUCK YEAH! trains the conversion of rising arousal and discomfort into usable energy while maintaining breath continuity and composure. You deliberately intensify effort and endorsement without bracing, learning to embrace load without paying an after-the-fact cost.

Wargame / Self-RezCue

Wargame is time-boxed written analysis of predictable psychic load that produces usable self-instructions. You describe what reliably happens in a target situation/state and write short, supportive cues to deploy later.

Self-RezCue trains compassionate self-governance under load through spoken cue compliance. Using the cues generated in Wargame, you speak one cue per out-breath, building reliable supportive authority under pressure.

These exercises build capacity. This isn't an abstract claim; it's demonstrable.
